I left an honest review about my experience with a location i stayed at and
in retaliation the owner left a review saying i was a person who could not
be satisfied? That is not true. I travel a lot and stay at plenty of hotels,
or vacation rentals and this is the first time I have dealt with this. I
have already been through 5 other countries with out a hitch. I will be
staying at another space in Athens through Airbnb and am looking forward to
it. The owners have so far been really involved.
Marton, i think you should have apologized and offered a partial refund. I
am also a business owner and one of my customers is unhappy I dont publicly
slander them. I do what it takes to make them happy. A partial refund or a
nicer place would have been the perfect and easiest solution.
