Parisienne depuis longtemps, j'aime voyager et recevoir des voyageurs. I do speak a little bit English too...
Charming and lovely place to stay, close to but away from the bustle of Paris. Atmospheric little flat, it is exactly as described, and made even more atmospheric by the little Christmas tree that was in there when I stayed over the holidays. Plumbing is good, but note that the toilet-bath set-up is pre-war (separate rooms). Non-smokers should note that the scent of stale cigarette smoke was pervasive.
appartement très agréable, au calme et dans un quartier assez vivant.
La propriétaire pauline est tout à la fois agréable et discrète.
Très agréable séjour, l'emplacement est formidable avec toujours un très bon accueil de Pauline. Je recommande!
Pauline is a gracious and very helpful host.
She went to the store for breakfast items after consulting with me. Since I speak only a little French, she called a Taxi for me , but also stayed with me on the street until said taxi arrived ( also gave the driver detailed instructions and ensured that he would assist me with heavy bags. I would stay here again!
The best part about staying at the apartment would be the superb patisserie just two doors down. I never in my life have tasted such equisite sweets.
There are many open air markets clost by also where you can indulge in the french cuisine at its finest. (and cheap also).
The other great thing about Paulines apartment is the quietness which is a blessing after you have exhausted yourself sightseeing.
I spent half my time just looking out of the window onto the cobbled
Appartement sympathique et bien situé.
