I am an actor and travel often. I enjoy hosting friends & family and have set up my home to be as accommodating as possible. It is a sunny, quiet spot where I hope others will love spending time.
Adam was very hospitable and the space was charming and even better than listed!
Adam's apartment is FULL of character and humor! All amenities are exactly as described, and the TV is larger than life (with an unlimited supply of netflix)! Adam was a very gracious, accommodating, and flexible host, and the 5 minutes that he stopped by to pick up his helmet were the best 5 minutes of my stay! Great personality and a great apartment! I'll stay here again!
Adam was genial and totally flexible in welcoming me on my schedule. He was full of wit and though we only met briefly, he started my stay at his home on the best foot. His quirky space has the charm of the past with modern conveniences, and was very comfortable. So close to downtown and a quick drive to the arts district—it was smack-dab in-between my two work locations for the weekend. I felt cozy and comfy on my short stay and will certainly return on future overnights in LA!
Adam is very helpful and accomodating. The appartement is very large and confortable. Very great place to stay at L.A !
Adams aparment was big and comfortable with probably one of the softest beds this side of the mississippi river. it was easy to find, easy to get in and the netflix was perfect. parking is a lil hard but the neighborhood was nice. I would gladly stay with adam again.
Adam's place is spacious with a comfortable bed. Lots of korean restaurants nearby and a great neighborhood. Adam was very prompt, and my reservation came together within a few hours.
Though I did not met Adam in person as he was out traveling somewhere to east cost as I understand but he did arranged everything nicely and check- and checkout was a breeze thanks also to his friend Nick who was really nice and helpful even when I misplaced the keys one day and despite his busy schedule and short notice he helped without saying a word.
The place it self is amazingly spacious. It is indeed a complete family apartment in nice family / school surroundings.
Would surely like to stay on next opportunity in same apartment.
Adam was out of town when my girlfriend and I stayed at his place, but his good friend Nick met us with the keys, showed us around, and followed up with us during our stay. The place is neat and clean with a ton of open carpeted floor space and more than enough room for two to spread out (we could have comfortably accommodated three times as many people!). The things we appreciated most here were the gas range, the fridge space, the wireless internet, and the enormous TV -- all of which, in addition to our very comfortable bed, made our stay much easier and much more pleasant than any hotel we could have booked for our long weekend stay. The doors are a touch fussy and require a little heavy lifting to ensure they shut and lock all the way, but that would be the worst of our complaints :)
As for the neighborhood, there is a new-looking grade school just across the street and plenty of young families nearby, so the ambient noise and activity levels were about what you'd expect for that sort of area. Street parking was kind of tight but we never had to park further than a block away and felt safe getting around the streets in the immediate vicinity even at night. There's a Food 4 Less and plenty of small shops and restaurants in the area (within walking distance of Koreatown) and LA Live/Staples Center/Nokia Theater/LA Convention Center are a 5-10m easy drive.
Adam was easygoing and responsive even while out of town and it was a genuine pleasure to stay in his home. Looking forward to being able to come back again!
