Wow...I am going to be contacting customer service. I am shocked. I accepted this as a very last minute booking and made many accomodations to do so, only to have Danielle not show up. I did push back the arrival time due to a death in the family, but it was only by an hour because I needed time to pack for an extended trip rather than 2 nights. This is all very wrong and it seems to me that someone is trying to get a refund for their own mistake.
