Francess is MBA student at Pepperdine. We connected connected well, since I am MBA student as well and we had common professional interests. Francess was looking for a place to crash for couple days before his place was ready for rent. He kept it quiet and stayed in his room most of the time. Francess and I are planning to go surfing one day. I would definitely stay in touch with him.
Francess was a really nice guest . He leaves the apartment clean and everything was perfect with him . I was in vacation when he was there but we were in contact every day .i recommend him
Francess was very friendly and communicative leading up to and throughout the stay. He had some trouble locating the keys when he arrived, but we called him and were able to help him follow our instructions to find the lockbox. Our only complaint would be that he left the place somewhat messy, with trash and wet towels laying around on the floor, couch cushions and pillows strewn about the apartment, and a pile of dirty dishes in the sink. While he did take the garbage out to the dumpster as requested, he did not abide by the repeated reminders in our posting to "leave common spaces the way you found them" or, in the kitchen, to "be sure to clean up after yourself and to put things back where you found them." This might have been a rookie mistake on our part as hosts to not have spelled out the clean-up expectations more explicitly, and so I would just advise future hosts to make sure he is fully aware of all instructions when booking. Again, he seems like a great guy who wants to do well, and nothing was broken, missing, or irreparably stained; just be detailed with your house rules.
Our experience with Rico was very positive. His group was respectful and courteous. He and his friends are welcome back anytime.
