I live in Tel Aviv. Israel is a great place to live and visit. Welcome!

I check people in and out of apartments 24/7. No problem for any arrivals or departures. Check in is usually at 16:00 or later and check out is usually 13:00 or earlier. If you need other times ask me and we will see what we can do.

Please note when doing your searches here on AIrbnb that MANY "street views" (next to the "Maps" tabs) that Airbnb shows are not correct. MANY times the street views are not even the right STREETS! If the street view is important to you be sure that the view is of the right street or go to a Maps website and put the street name in yourself.

Also many neighborhoods here on Airbnb are not right. My listing on King George street close to Bograshov street says "Kerem Hateimanim" neighborhood. King George never even ENTERS Kerem Hateimanim neighborhood....If you want to know a neighborhood that an apartment is in ask me. You can also look on a maps website.

Going to be here during Chanukah? We will have menorahs and candles in all apartments. Happy Chanukah!!!!!

Going to be here during Tu B'shvat? Enjoy our dried fruit gift to celebrate the holiday.

If you have never been in Israel and especially in Tel Aviv during Purim, no matter where you have celebrated it before, then you have not experienced how absolutely fun Purim is here! Everyone (yes adults the most!) will be walking around in costumes on the streets and to work and school for several days (yes Purim is technically 1 day but who's counting?). What a festive mood! Enjoy plentiful hamantaschen in the apartments if you are our guest during Purim as we enjoy celebrating our great victory!

For Yom Ha'atzmaut (The State of Israel's Birthday) we will have small Israeli flags in the apartments for you to carry around during the 36-hour holiday that is so much fun!!!!!!

All apartments include the following.

Sheets/towels
Air conditioning (only BUDGET STUDIO does not have air conditioning)
Heaters
Hot water
Wifi
Cable TV (except BUDGET STUDIO and STUDIO ROOFTOP. BEACH QUIET has broadcast TV)
Hairdryers
Irons
Sugar, salt, pepper.
Toilet paper.
Hand soap.

All apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. You are not required to clean before you leave.

Most apartments have washing machines (see descriptions or ask me if there is one). Half of the apartments have clothes dryers too (see descriptions or ask me if there is one).

All apartments that have washing machine but no dryers also have clothes drying racks like you have in Europe. Americans - these are used to dry laundry in warm climates like we have here.

Almost ALL of the apartments are PRIVATE apartments. That means that you do not share the apartment with anybody. Almost every listing under my profile says "ENTIRE HOME/APARTMENT". That means that it is just for you.

We have clean and green apartments. I work to keep our carbon footprint low by recycling. Most of the apartments use solar panels for heating hot water as we have 335 days of sunshine per year in Tel Aviv. Don't worry, there are electrical heaters also for you to use anytime you want to.

I hope to see you soon with us!
