Chen, you did not mention any of this to me when you stayed at the house. Only make these statements after I reviewed you.
Yes there was a huge storm and rain for 3 days and you had two SMALL leaks in the roof. Unfortunately roofs can not be repaired while it is raining and it was fixed as soon as it stopped.
1 tiny corner is chipped on the stone around pool, the stone is quite new and not dirty.
The kitchen has exactly what is stated under amenities for this house. Microwave and small toaster oven, large fridge, water dispenser, all crockery, cutlery & glass ware. As I pointed out to you when you arrived a previous guest had left a rice cooker and gas burner and you were welcome to try to use them but I didn't know if they worked. They were not items that I ever claimed to supply.
Same with wifi. I clearly state in my advertisement that I do not have Internet. You new this before you arrived.
I do not have a 1 towel per guest policy, I had supplied 30 towels for you, 3 adults and 1 child, with a maid to take the laundry. Some how you managed to use them all in 3 days and expect me to deal with it at lunch time Christmas Day?
No the maid doesn't speak English and no other guest has had an issue with that. They come and make the beds, clean the floors and do any dishes. They are not responsible for the guests personal items and do not touch them where possible. Might I add she also complained that you were the worst guests for cleanliness I have ever had stay, including 7 21yr old surfers.
My house was spotless including bathrooms and kitchen area when you arrived. It took 2 people 4 hours to clean the house after you left and the next guests were delayed checking in.
My bathrooms are not old, they are both under 2 years old.
I suggest before booking a house online you actually read the advertisement and see what is included as you clearly did not read mine.
