I am almost 60. GAP is my nickname, but it's quite OK to call me like this.
I am here just to help out some budget travelers as well as myself.
I will be glad to welcome you and to help you if I can.
Wishing you many exciting trips with airbnb,
Response from Gap:
1. The place is one of the popular quarters where millions of ordinary people live in France. Sure, it's different from downtown quarters, private residences or quiet Provençal villages. But it is not "a bad part of the city".
2. There are places even more distant from attractions. The positive points of this are: less noise and free car parking places.
3. In the room there is a sheet of paper with some useful instructions and information (on Wi-Fi connection, phone, washing machine…), as well as some common sense rules present already in this listing, just in order not to omit something during check-in and to leave information at guests’ hand.
