This property was great for our stay! It is just off the strip, very close to everything Vegas has to offer, yet you can also escape from the chaos. There is a restaurant and a little convenience store attached to the lobby and 5 pools to choose from on the property. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably fit 5 of us. Checking in and out was very easy and parking is free as well!

We stayed at Richard's place in Las Vegas. It exceed out expectations -- clean, modern, quiet. Amazing location, very close to the strip.
We were there for a show at the Sands Convention Center and it was maybe a 10 minute walk to get there. No need for a car!
Also a great value for the price.
Richard's condo was excellent. It was very comfortable and accommodating. I really appreciated being only about 15 minutes from Williamsburg. Jamestown and Yorktown were equally close and we were provided with a very beautiful, scenic drive in getting to those places. I and my two grown children had a wonderful stay in his condo. Thank you Richard.
The condo was spacious for a one-bedroom, and it was also clean, quiet, and only a 10-minute drive from downtown Williamsburg. One of the nice features is that the living room and bedroom have plenty of space in between them so each party has privacy. The kitchen has sufficient silverware, pots, pans, plates, etc. for basic cooking and the bathroom is spacious with a large tub and contains a washer/dryer, which comes in handy. The only thing I would recommend is, if you will be sleeping on the pull-out bed in the living room, just be aware that the mattress is thin and springy -- it is no different than pullout mattresses, but I mention it because if you are staying there as long as I was (a week), you may want to bring padding to make it more comfortable. This is a great place to stay when visiting Williamsburg and so much more cost-effective than staying at a hotel!
It was a very nice place and if I was in the area I would stay again. Had a great deal of space to live in.
I'm not sure where to start, other than our stay was fantastic. The photos don't quite do the room justice; in my opinion, it is a very nice suite that would normally (at a hotel, that is) cost much more than was asked. If anyone is looking for a very nice and serene place to stay, and that is located in beautiful williamsburg, then I cannot recommend this place more highly. Richard, himself, was very communicative and we had no problems whatsoever. If you are on the fence about booking with Richard, get off it and make that reservation.
I expected a B&B, but found a time-share unit. As a time-share unit, it was OK. The only resort facility was a typical motel pool. So, perhaps you could call it a B (bed), but certainly not a B&B.
