Anthony's apartment is ideally located in Hell's Kitchen. Easy walk to cafes, area bars and lots of NYC highlights.
A perfect spot for us, clean and comfortable.
Anthony was very helpful and conscientous this was much appreciated.
The apartment was very well located. Close to Time Square and Broadway.
The Subway was a 12min walk which is far if you are dragging suitcases so keep that in mind.
The apartment is noisy from passing pedestrians on weekend nights as it is on street level, so if you are a light sleeper then you will struggle. Or you could just go out as well, problem solved! ;)
The bed is comfortable and the whole apartment and linen is clean on arrival.
Anthony was very accomodating in terms of checking in as he took the trouble to post me a set of keys before my arrival, which was great.
Very comfy studio located in one of my favorite Manhattan areas. Anthony is very considerate and has basically prepared for you everything you could possibly need for your stay; also extremely responsive via email and text so never really had to wait around if I had questions on anything about the studio or the neighborhood. Overall a great experience.
The room is really comfortable and cozy. And the location is really convenient that you can walk to time square, broadway, moma in a few mins. But it is somehow disturbing in nights since the room is close to the street. Anyway, it is cost effective in such a nice place.
Very nice place, great location. Lots of pillows, very comfortable bed and couch.
My stay at Anthony's studio was great! The studio was small, but cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of clean linen provided. Anthony also provides snacks :) The studio is on the first floor by the entrance, facing the street so it does get a bit noisy, however it really didn't bother me. The only issue was that it did take awhile for the studio to heat up (I was visiting in February and it was freezing!) However, once the radiator kicked in, it was pretty warm.
The studio is about a 10-15 minute walk to Port Authority. It is close to Times Square and is in a great location in Hell's Kitchen close to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Anthony was very easy to get a hold of and was quick to respond with any questions I had about my stay.
It is a nice apartment and it is near to Time Square. If you go out, you can either choose bus and metro. It is quite convenient. And it is very close to hells kitchen.
We did not have a chance to meet Anthony because he was traveling during that time. But he is very nice. Any question you ask will get a quick and detailed reply.
My boyfriend and I stayed at Anthony's place for a weekend in December. His place was just as described, very clean and comfortable - plenty of room for two people. He was very helpful prior to our stay and continued to be throughout the weekend. Great location in midtown, but just the perfect distance from the crowds. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Anthony was very communicative throughout the entire process, before, during and after our stay. The apartment is ground-level, easy to access, and not too far to walk to Times Square / Broadway area. There were loud trucks outside in the morning but the nice curtains muffled most of the sound. The bed was very cozy.
We did have one problem with the apartment that Anthony was happy to resolve with us (to our satisfaction). I would recommend this for anyone who wants a cozy, interesting place to stay for their visit to NYC.
Anthony was very helpful and kept in touch via text frequently to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The apartment was very warm and cozy except for the 2 nights when the heating system broke. Another minor caveat is that the apartment is on the first floor close to the entrance gate, so if you're a light sleeper the buzzing of the entrance door can wake you. But it's New York and asking for quiet in a prime location is much anyway. All in all, I recommend this place, especially given the convenient location.
Anthony and Keith were exceptional guests. Very respectful, great communication, generously kind. They left the guesthouse immaculate. I so enjoyed hosting Anthony and hope to see them back again. Wonderful guests.
Hello Friends of AIRBNB! I am writing this recommendation for Anthony Gaudioso, who is an AIRBNB host both in New York City and in the country in Upstate New York. Anthony is a kind, gracious, generous spirit, and he is the perfect host. I have known him for 7 years, and I have been his guest frequently. His living quarters are always immaculate and neatly furnished, he provides new, clean linens and towels, and he always has extra shampoo and other bathroom supplies on-hand. Anthony is very communicative and always available regarding his guests' needs. Anthony is also very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods where he has rental space, and he's always available to lend his advice as to activities nearby. I recommend Anthony very highly and look forward to being his guest again!
