Hi, I am Ai living in Brooklyn, NYC.
I have been hosting international students, tourists and professionals from all over the world.

My APT is near Fort Hamilton Parkway F and G subway station / Church avenue B and Q train, in a convenient and safe area in Brooklyn.
You can easily get on the subway by walking less than 7 min. The trains can connect you to all train lines.
Take the F a few stops to see the Brooklyn Bridge and surrounding areas, including the promenade overlooking the river and Manhattan.
Take the G to Metropolitan Ave to see the epicenter of hipsters and the accompanying art and vintage clothing scene in Williamsburg.

I can tell you where many other cool places to visit are and how to get there.

I speak Japanese and English.

Basically I am a business person working so hard everyday, but at the same time, I enjoy and appreciate artistic things too. I love knitting. I like playing piano, enjoy singing too. And I LOVE wearing Japanese Kimono (the Japanese traditional dress for women).

Looking forward to meeting you!

**I really appreciate your help in keeping this apartment neat and tidy during your stay by cleaning up after yourself in common areas.
I care about cleanness (especially in the kitchen and the bathroom as common areas) and I would love to have guests who care about cleanness too.

If necessary, I can also talk on the phone before your arrival. After talking on the phone if we feel this won't work, we can cancel the booking anytime ( the payment will not be done until the next day from your planned check in day!)

Please feel free to talk to me if you have any concerns and I will do the same too.
Thank you!! Looking forward to hearing from you!
