Great apartment, exactly like the photos. Fantastic neighborhood as well.
Wonderful rustic and cozy place in an optimal location... wish I could have stayed longer! Jason was a great host- he was very organized, and promptly answered any questions I had during my stay. Would definitely recommend!
The apartment was neat, well stocked, and so convenient it was hard to leave. The host, Jason, was a professional and throughly helpful host. Honestly words do not do the apartment or the host justice.
The reservation was canceled 26 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Jason's apartment is a quiet oasis in the center of Houston's most vibrant neighborhood. It's perfect for an extended stay, with quick access to restaurants, gourmet groceries, and Houston's best museums. Jason communicates really well, and his place offers good value for money. Recommended!
Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to museums and the fun Montrose neighborhood. Jason is easy to get ahold of and very accommodating.
Had a great stay at Jason's place! Great location, cozy apartment and the bed is VERY comfortable! Thanks for everything, Jason!!
Jason's place was clean, comfortable and in a great location. A 10 minute walk to restaurants, groceries and public transportation. He was a very thoughtful and attentive host.
Jason was a very gracious and flexible host. He hosted us at the last minute and had everything ready for our arrival. He also allowed us to extend our check out by a few hours. This is a really cute garage apartment with a lot of character, but the best thing about it is the LOCATION! Wow, right across from a beautiful park, the Rothko Chapel and the Menil. Lots of trees! Felt very relaxed and at home immediately.
Jason's place is clean, comfortable and quiet. He has everything you need for an extended stay. There's no tv, but you may find that a plus once you settle in. We had a slight problem with getting a high-wattage hair dryer to work in various outlets, but the outlet under the AC by the dining table worked like a charm.
We've stayed at 4 Airbnb BNBs, and so far this is our favorite! We hope to return sometime. Thanks Jason!
Jason's apartment was amazing! His apartment was spotless, really great/safe/quiet location near the museum district and Montrose area, and the bed was so comfortable. In short, it felt like home!
Even though his apartment is above a garage, it is veryyy spacious, quiet, and provided my boyfriend and I privacy. Jason provided amenities like towels, all soaps, a full kitchen with all the utensils and cooking ware you might want if you want to eat-in. He had great communication on checking in and out. Responds instantly, and offered suggestions for places to visit while giving us privacy.
I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking to visit Houston!
It was a pleasure to host Jason and family, the perfect guest. Thanks Pelle
We enjoyed hosting Jason and his friend over the weekend at Betty's B&B in the Texas Hill Country of Fredericksburg. We communicated well via internet and on the phone. They left the cottage neat and tidy upon departure as well as following check-in and check-out instructions well. We recommend them to stay in your space and openly invite them to return to Betty's at their leisure.

Great guest! Would love to host again!
Great communication with Jason and very clean and respectful guest. We would definitely love to have him back!
Jason is very responsible and honest. His place is like a zen garden. He keeps it super clean. It's a quiet area surrounded by lush tropical trees and right across from a park with a tree swing. If I didn't already live 10 minutes away I would totally book his place as a getaway retreat.
Jason's apartment is in a perfect location and a great space for an art buff. You could use his apartment as a base to explore wonderful Houston treasures. In walking distance, you have the Rothko Chapel, The Menil Museum and Barnett Newman's Broken Obelisk. You can spend a quiet weekend staying in the neighborhood or take a short drive to the museum district. Everything is close by, so you can't go wrong.
