Mitchell was a great guest. No issues and let us know when there was a problem with the DVD player so we could get it fixed. Would recommend him as a guest and would welcome him again if he comes back to Berlin!
I am very happy you appreciated my apartment. I am little bit disappointed because your comments about the "rude check-in". You said you were not noticed to call Sonia instead me as well you were not informed about her5 phone number. Well, below you can read the mail I have sent to you June 12th, after your reservation:
thank you very much for your reservation.
Following is a summary of your reservation:

Please confirm the estimated time of arrival in Venice and a mobile phone number to contact you.
The address of the apartment is Calle dei Scudi - Castello 2655/A
If you arrive by car: about 1 km before arriving at Venice-Piazzale Roma, at the end of the bridge that connects Venice to the mainland Mestre, on the right you will see signs for parking Tronchetto (21,00 € per 24 hours). From there you can easily take the vaporetto (public watertaxi) line 2 and get off at "San Marco - S. Zaccaria"
If you arrive by plane: from the Marco Polo Airport take the public waterbus Alilaguna line blue ((website hidden)) and get off at "Arsenale".
If you arrive by train: out of the train station, take the public waterbus Line N. 41 (plateform on the right side) and get off at "Arsenale".
Once in the boat call Sonia at number (phone number hidden). She will wait there for the agreed time and accompany you to the apartment. My mobile phone for any contact it is (phone number hidden).
Considered that the cost of moving for non-residents in Venice are quite expensive (6.50 € each way) and that the Ticket Office are often congested, I suggest you to follow this link(website hidden)
Please note that we always work to be in time at the meeting point at the time estimated by guest at Arrival in Venice.
Whenever the Customer won't respect the declared time, we will do our best to help him in meeting and making a regular check-in proceeding: the city of Venice is very old served exclusively by boat transportations and because of unusual previous experiences, people who didn't bring the necessary tools to get to the meeting point (map, address, mobile phone or our references, etc.) wasted a lot of time. So, in case of extreme late arrival than the estimated time, if the clientspeaks only Cantonese Chinese or Siberian Russian ;-), if the client has lost a lot of fun in the streets of Venice, the check-in will be made after 8.00 pm.
Thank you so much, have a good trip and enjoy your vacation in Venice!
