I'm an artist and writer and I teach. Currently, I'm sending a memoir manuscript out for publication and have plans for a third to begin in the fall. I teach art history and architecture, two personal big interests of mine, at a private high school in Los Angeles. I grew up in Nashville and lived in New York City for 16 years, have lived in Italy for a total of three years and have family in Germany, so now have roots in both countries. In Los Angeles, I live in the neighborhood of Silver Lake in a beautiful house high on a hill overlooking the reservoir. I'm gay and single. I have extremely eclectic interestests. While enjoying cutting edge filmmaking, follow art from the inside out, I also sing German lieder. I embrace the present, but I'm hungry to learn more about the past... especially my own and that of my family's. My motto? "Then Is Now".
