I am a pediatrician training in infectious diseases. I love to travel and have spent a a significant amount of time in Peru, first as a Peace Corps volunteer and then researching childhood tuberculosis. I speak English, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese.
My husband, Parker, is an archaeology professor whose research is based on the north coast of Peru. He also loves to travel and speaks English, Spanish, and Mandarin, and some French. Aside from traveling, we enjoy cooking, eating, getting together with friends, watching movies, working out together, and going to art exhibits.
