White wine, rock'n'roll, running and art...
Frank and Dilly's place near Sefton Park (email hidden) to stay while visiting Liverpool. It's quiet but close and well connected. They are perfect hosts and I thoroughly recommend their accomodation.
I had a wonderful experience staying at this accommodation. Frank and Dilly were so friendly and helpful all the way from my initial enquiries through to my stay at the house. The flat is spacious, clean, comfortable, and private with all the amenities needed for your stay. I stayed for 4 weeks as a solo student visiting Liverpool and was extremely happy with the facilities to cook, access internet, and do laundry whenever I needed. Frank and Dilly know the local area very well and are always happy to help you out with whatever you need - and Korky is always happy to greet you at the door! The flat is conveniently located too - the local area is lovely and safe, it's a very easy bus ride to the city, a short stroll to Sefton Park and a 10 minute walk to plenty of shops and restaurants. I had a totally stress-free and comfortable stay here and would highly recommend!
We loved our stay with Dilly and Frank. They were so nice, and the room was very comfy and quiet- we slept like babies! The private kitchen with washer was very nice, as was the Telly- we were just too tired after traipsing around Liverpool all day to do much more than fall asleep! The neighborhood was great- a short walk to Sefton Park, and to lovely Lark Lane, and an even shorter walk to the bus which whisks you right into downtown.
Frank and Dilly were fantastic! They went out of their way to help me settle in especially as I arrived on a bank holiday. They helped me understand the bus system even helping me find the cheapest fares.
The room was clean and spacious and has everything you could need. It is in a great location and easy to hop on a bus to the city centre.
After staying here 3 weeks while attending a short course I can say that I would recommend this place without hesitation!
We loved our stay at Frank and Dilly's place! The room is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and Korky is such a sweet dog! At our quite late arrival Dilly provided us with useful tips about where to eat, how to get to the city centre and she told us about a cheap taxi service. Sefton park is beautiful and the neighbourhood is lovely. We will definitely stay here again if we might visit Liverpool again.
Un très bon séjour avec une belle chambre, bien équipée et surtout un excellent accueil!
Dilly and Korky gave a really warm welcome to us.
The studio is located in a beautiful, quite neighborhood. It is very clean and is equipped with everything that you need during a visit in Manchester and might wanna look after yourself (e. g. microwave, hob, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.). We felt absolutely comfortable and enjoyed our time very much!
Dilly gave us helpful recommendations concerning places to go for coffee and dinner. We liked all her recommendations, especially having coffee and cinnamon buns at the Baltic Bakery and having dinner at 'The moon and pea' at Lark Street! Thank you so much for those recommendations! :)
Frank and Dilly are lovely hosts, and Korky is such a sweet dog! Check in went smoothly, and we enjoyed our stay. The room is just as pictured, and the laundry room/kitchen is convenient. The bnb is just around the corner from a bus stop, and Dilly also provided us with the name of a cab service we could use. For food recommendations, we had a wonderful dining experience at The Monro on Duke St. We cannot wait to return to Liverpool!
Casa sporca, cane che entra sempre in stanza lasciando escrementi sul letto..bagno piccolo con acqua fredda. Pessima posizione per il centro e per il resto.. meno male che ho fatto amicizia con un simpatico topo che girava in cucina :)
Very nice people, lovely flat and convenient for transport in to city centre. Very comfy, cosy bed. Kitchen well equipped - everything I needed. Will definitely stay again and would recommend.
Frank was a delightful guest. He brought the sunshine to Kerry with him! I would be delighted to have Frank back as a guest anytime.
