A bit about me - I have curiosity and tenacity in the kitchen. I practice both the art and science of cooking for my friends, never turning down a chance to run a BBQ grill or host dinner at my apartment. During my tenure as a Cajun catering sous-chef, I perfected both my Catfish Po’ Boy and Red Beans and Rice, learned never to make a turducken or fried turkey half-heartedly, and observed that lighting a 3-foot-wide pan of Bananas Foster is best done with a fire extinguisher out of sight right by one’s leg.
I enjoy pursuing my passions of riding my motorcycle and photographing interesting and colorful food I've crafted. Separately, of course.
