I'm a 25 y/o web developer who has been working for startups in the area and otherwise consulting for over a year, during which time I've lived at and loved the place we're listing!
Oh but I'm so much more... (Airbnb's advising that I to pour my heart out)
My hobbies include following worlds affairs and domestic politics pretty aggressively and trying (with limited success) to get back into marathon running. I'm also the house jester and always up for interesting conversations with new people. The other folks around here are very active (climbers, cyclists, runners) and have hobbies like brewing beer, tinkering, etc.
For being a relative Bay newbie, I'm good at showing people around SF/Greater Bay and discerning what to do/not do. Example advise:
1. For scenery/greenery--Don't: Golden Gate Park, Do: Muir Woods
2. For hip SF environs--Don't: Haight/Ashbury, Do: The Mission
3. For authentic local food--Don't: Clam Chowder, Do: Chinatown
4. For touristy thing actually worth it--Don't: Fisherman's Wharf, Do: Coit Tower
