good location, havent seen her once!
Nice room, comfortable bed with TV and Aircon are a plus. The apartment has a weird smell but was fine in the room with the door shut. Only saw Alina once but she was happy o answer any questions.
We just saw alina on our first day when she gave us The key. She was really Nice and flexible with check in and check out. Alinas cat likes to follow you around, so be careful if you get out of the room when it's dark at night ;) The room is not super luxurious but has enough room for 2 people to sleep comfortable an ac and a table. I personally liked The neighborhood, it has lots of bars, restaurants and a wholefoods nearby. You Can walk to Little italy and Shopping streets
Or Take a Trip over The manhattanbridge to williamsburg. All in all we had a good time and The Area has a lot to offer!it was great that alina
The stay was ok, if you're just looking for a place to sleep. Room has AC, which was good. The floor was clean, but the walls have quite a lot of stain on it and it smelled a little odd. Communication with Alina was good, we only met once and sent a couple of messages.
The neighbourhood was very ideal since it was close to the subway station and a 15-mins walk from SOHO. It was also 5 mins walk from The Butcher's Daughter (which I recommend everyone to try their juices). Location-wise was good.
The apartment is what it looks like. The A/C is functioning well, which is greatly appreciated in the hot summer. The environment is quiet. I only saw Alina once when I picked up the keys.
We had a great first time visiting New York. Alina's place makes it easy to go to hot spots fast. After a full day of strolling thru the city you can find a nearby restaurant in a heartbeat. During our stay it was quite warm but the a/c and fan cools you down in a matter of minutes.
Alina was very good host. Barely saw her but she made sure that the room and her apartment was perfectly furnished and comfortable for any traveler visiting New York. Thanks again!
Alina was very nice to us. During our stay, we barely saw her but she was available to answer our questions which was great. The location was very good: close to transportation, and few minutes to walk to Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho, which was awesome!
I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great deal and wants to stay in the room only for sleep.
The cat was nice, but we could sense a smell of food cat in the kitchen/hallway. The walls of the room could use a paint(especially in the bathroom, as the paint is peeled off), but for us was ok because we didn't stay too long in the apartment. The air conditioning was very loud, but we were lucky because we didn't had to use it, as the outside temperature was low.
This place was convenient for us on our short stay in NYC. Easy access to the subway to the tourist attractions and there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants etc right out side the door.
We barely saw our host but she was available to answer our questions which was ideal. It's as the host describes and the photos look accurate.
The apartment is small and a bit worn out (could use some paint!) but we had clean sheets, plenty of clean towels and a hot shower to come back to after days out in NYC which is all we needed :)
