Kat was a great host, happy to provide information and very friendly. Her place is clean and inviting. Her dog is very sweet and friendly. She got along very well with our dog. Kat was also very welcoming to our dog and even told us we could leave him out while we were out. I would recommend staying her to anyone who is visiting Philly.

Kat was an awesome host! She was flexible with our checkin and checkout times which saved us a lot of headache coordinating with other people. Kat is very nice I defs recommend her home if you are staying in philly
Kat was a great host! I had a very comfortable night's sleep! And she has an excellent selection of books in the room!
Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and I felt like I had everything I needed!
Kat was a fine host and this airbnb place made my trip to Philadelphia quite successful. Parking was convenient and everything about the place was as promised.
Kat's place was clean and comfortable. Was able to park nearby each day. Roads certainly are narrow and crowded but it makes for a true Philly experience. Even though I had a car, took the train a few times as well and it was only a 3/4 mile walk to/from the nearest station.
Kat has a great spot in Pennsport and is a great host (she also has one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met). It's a great spot because it's close to stadiums but also a good place from which to walk north up to the Italian Market and all the food/nightlife on Passyunk. I also have to mention her awesome eclectic little library in the room, so many great books on one bookshelf -- 13 Vonnegut novels, 7 Murakami, On The Road, Brave New World, Unbearable Lightness of Being, 1984, Animal Farm, Commercial Architecture of Phoenix (phone number hidden), No Country for Old Mean, Cut It Out (by Banksy), Reefer Madness and Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser, and the National Geographic Field Guide to Birds, to name a few. She's also generous with her space -- we were exploring during our stay so were out and about eating, but you can use her kitchen if you like. I would definitely stay again.
Kat was very nice with us during our short stay. She was very flexible and made our time in Philadelphia convenient for us!
Aloha! Kat was a great guest and interesting person, full of energy and she saw more of the big island in her short stay than most. We enjoyed the chance to host her and we would recommend her for any airbnb host.
Aloha Gail and Greg
Kat is a delight and is delighted which makes for good company. She was so pleased not to be staying in a hotel. We will never make our cabin into a hotel just so she might return.
