I'm a development economics graduate student at Cornell University, in the US. I study chronic poverty and food systems, and am particularly interested in agricultural solutions to micronutrient deficiencies.
I grew up in Hawaii, went to undergraduate in snowy Vermont, used to work for a public health NGO in Uganda, and now live in upstate new york and work in various areas of Africa during the summer. I enjoy hiking, running, gardening, reading, and cooking. I want a dog very badly but can't have one, because I travel too much.
