I am a masters student in Agricultural Economics at the University of Copenhagen
We really enjoyed staying at Andreas' apartment! The location is prefect with nice restaurants right on the same street and cool places to see just a short walk away. The balcony seem perfect for the summer.
Great apartment! Very helpful with directions to the place from the nearest metro and very nice of him to leave some food for us in the fridge on arrival. Quite clean and I really enjoyed the quirky artwork around the place.
The location is great with easy access to public transportation. The apt is sunny with plenty of space for two. Andreas was both a gracious and reliable host, making our stay in Copenhagen enjoyable.
Very good location, efficiënt appartment and and Andreas is very helpfull!
L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. Localisation proche du centre très agréable dans un quartier sympa et calme.
Seul bémol: l'appartement se situe au 5 ième étage sans ascenseur, ce qu'il vaut mieux savoir pour certaines personnes
Andreas was the ideal host for us during our stay in wonderful Copenhagen. He left maps, city guides and even food to revive us after our journey.
Andreas's place was the perfect spot to explore the city - an ideal size for two people, we especially loved the balcony and his powerful shower!
Location wise, especially after picking up our bikes from the hire place 1 minute away, it was ideal - a few minutes ride from Norborro and the meatpacking area, plus the Island Brygge swim spot which we loved.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andreas's place to fellow travellers, or book again on a future trip!
Nice host. Nice flat. Thanks!
My gf & I were in CPH for 6 days to live the real danish experience, shop our lives off during the sales period and enjoy the city. The apartment was just perfect for us, it really felt like we have been living there forever. Andreas met us at the agreed time (we were slightly late so he was kind to wait patiently), the apartment was ready to go and literally in less than 30 minutes we were settled. There are a small but comprehensive supermarket, cafes, restaurants, a nice italian original pizzeria, a bakery and a laundromat nearby. The place is 10 minutes walking from the Norreport station and from the town center, it's very easy to reach even if you have never been to CPH (apart the cobblestones on the pavement which makes it difficult with luggages... so change the tyres to your luggage!!). A bike rental place is also very close, which was perfect as it sped up considerably our walkabouts: the place is the perfect outpost to the heart of the city and cycling is a must in the city. Only drawbacks were that internet didn't work for the first day (but I know that it was an external problem, not related to the apartment) and the cleaning could be improved a little as Andreas relies on guests cleaning before leaving. They were really minor drawbacks though. Price is adequate to what is offered, description is exactly what is offered and the apartment is completely equipped, with everything. Andreas was gentle, welcoming and left us some food (and beers) to welcome us. The fact that Andreas keeps the apartment like if he is still living there makes it very warm, welcoming and feels like home from the first minute you walk in. You have everything ready to go! Overall is very strongly suggested and we will surely consider going back there if we end up in CPH again (hopefully with better weather...!).
Overall we enjoyed the stay in this cozy, light and perfectly located apartment with great balcony! Andreas was also very friendly and responded to all our questions very quickly. Besides, it was great that we found maps of Copenhagen, directions and even some food to eat, when we arrived. Thank you, Andreas! The only thing that we we not very happy about was that few days before our arrival, Andreas let us know, that he will keep 300 Dkk (~40 euros) from our security deposit, if we choose not to clean the place before we leave. To my question what the cleaning should include, he responded, that we should leave the apartment as we found it. I find it completely ok, that he has this rule, but i do expect that all these things are agreed upon before booking the place. At that time, i checked his whole profile and i could not find this info written out. Needless to say, i think that he should have mentioned this condition during our communication before we booked the room. Anyway, overall a good experience, except for the fact, that we get to know about the cleaning in the last moment.
A great sunny apartment which was a short walking distance from the main centre of town, and right next to a Spar for shopping. The balcony was a great place for an early morning coffee in the sunshine! The host was flexible about check in and check out, and left instructions of how things worked in the flat, and some tourist information, so everything was straightforward and easy. Highly recommended.
I welcomed Andreas and his five friends in my appartement in Paris.
I found them nice and friendly and I didn't have any problem with them.
I would be pleased to welcom them again.
Andreas was an excellent guest! He is welcome back anytime!
