I am from Israel married +4 daughters. My wife is an ophthalmologist and I am a real estate entrepreneur
Great apartment location - close to beach, Carmel Market, Allenby & Rothschilds, etc. Nice roof balcony. Key pick up and drop-off were flexible and convenient. Wifi signal really only worked in the living room.
Nice apartement in great location. We ha a perfect week here.
This apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Lovely views of the sea from each balcony while the interior is very bright. Location is excellent, as it is only 5 minutes walk from the beach, 3 minutes from the Carmel Market and 20 minutes from Jaffa, the old city, which is part of modern city of Tel Aviv.
Jonathan responding promptly to all our queries and he left excellent instructions regarding gaining entry to the apartment as we arrived at 3am.
The apartment was very clean, with towels and clean bed linen with extra if required. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils one might require.
We would have no problem in recommending this apartment and Jonathan was an excellent host. Enjoy your stay in Tel Aviv,

Excellent host and accommodation. Appartment was very well located - market, beach and nightlife within easy walk.
Accommodation had everything you needed including washing and cooking facilities, had great balconies and included parking space.
Very nice place, the best : the balcony, near Carmel market
The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well kept! The host is extremely nice and reliable. The location is great and walking distance to the beach. The view from the apartment is of the sea and it is gorgeous. I would love to stay here again!
great appartment. perfect district, close to the market, close to the beach...nice terrace with beautifull view of Tel Aviv, the sea...
Lisa (jonathan's daughter) was really helpfull.
i totally recommand this place
We had an amazing time right from the beginning. We arrived around 1 AM, despite this Jonathan welcomed us and gave some tips on what to do in the coming days since it being the jewish passover and therefore lots of shops and so on being closed.
We tried to use the wifi the next day but it wouldn't work out, so I texted Jonathan, he showed up and fixed it on a jewish holiday!
The apartment is really amazing. The first floor is made up of a combined kitchen/dining and living room with a balcony facing the south and overlooking Neve Tzedek and the Mediterranean. Furthermore the first floor, which is the fourth in the building is made up of two bedrooms both consisting of double beds. The biggest room has a small balcony facing north, the Camel Market and the Tel Aviv skyline. There is a bathroom with a tub and a separate shower. On the second floor there is a huge bedroom with a double-bed and a huge shower area. From the bedroom a rooftop terrace can be accessed. It (email hidden) view and faces south, west and north and holds a barbecue and a sink so that cooking is made possible.
We found the location perfect and in walking distance to all major sights. 1 minute to the Camel Market, 3 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Jaffa, 20 minutes to the New Bus Terminal and about 20 minutes to the Dizengoff center.
If you find this to be long walking distances there is a bus terminal less than 100 meters form the building and a spot for renting the recommendable city bike (website hidden) Aviv is indeed a lovely city with a lot of museums, beaches and shopping possibilities at offer.
Israel at a whole is a easy accessible country and when going to Jerusalem we relied on public busses leaving every 15 minutes or sheruts.
Despite it being the first time using Airbnb, Jonathan secured it not being the last.
