I love traveling, sun and dinner parties with friends!
I actually booked this accommodation for my mother and not for myself, so I am basing this review based on her experience that she reported to me.... I am a bit "late" writing this review in that my mom stayed here in June.
The first thing that impressed me was how quickly Cozette responded to my inquiry (it was within an hour). My mom said that Cozette welcomed her warmly, and her house was impeccably clean and state-of-the-art. She really appreciated that after it being somewhat a tedious task to find the house initially. The bed must have had a "memory foam" mattress because my mother raved about how incredibly comfortable it was. My mother being a senior citizen appreciated how quiet Cozette's home and the neighborhood were. My mom felt very at-ease at Cozette's place which helped her to relax.
I personally appreciate the ways Cozette accommodated my mother to assure her comfort being they were over 400 mi. away from home. That calmed me. I hope I might be able to have the pleasure of staying there a night or two in the future.
This is a great house, with a great host, in a great area. My wife and I stayed here while we were looking for a long-term place in Philly. We ended up getting a long-term place in Fairmount because we liked the area so much. Cozette was a very welcoming host. Check-in was very easy and she was quick to respond to all of our communications. We'd stay again
Girlfriend and I stayed 4 nights around Thanksgiving at Cozette's. We found her an accommodating, thoughtful host. The house is very new, clean, well appointed, and well laid out.
Thoughtfully, she bought breakfast and stocked the fridge for our convenience. Generally, she made her pantry available to us, which we appreciated. Needless to say, she was friendly and attentive.
The neighborhood felt very up and coming - being in the Art Museum district. Not every block is super pretty - it's block to block to be sure. But the neighbors seemed young, clean, and educated. All in all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.
Cozette was a great host! Her place is new, clean and bright, and we found it very conventionality located. Lots of nice little restaurants and pubs nearby. Would definitely recommend this place!
I am very thankful for the wonderful host. I had a poor experience with Airbnb just prior and had to vacate my first reservation. She took me in on faith as I have yet to establish a reputation on here. The home was absolutely perfect and a majority of my time in Philadelphia was spent here working on my wine studies. It was warm, cozy, quiet, and perfect. The host was nearly perfect in every sense of the word. Gave great explanations as to where to find things in the house and made me feel very much at home. She was available but not intrusive. I can't imagine it being any better than this. Without question one of the best (if not the best) on Airbnb. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future!
This is a lovely home, especially if you like the clean modern look. It is also probably great for people with allergies since it is has no pets and wood floors. The location is basically the most convenient ever, especially if you use transit. Several buses take you right downtown, and there are neighborhood bars and restaurants just a few blocks away.
I found the noise level difficult to sleep through. Any movement pretty much echoes through the whole house and one night the neighbors were partying pretty late as well.
If you are a sound sleeper, you are going to LOVE this place.
This was my first time using (website hidden), and Cozette made it a very positive experience for my girlfriend and me. Her home was very clean and perfectly located within walking distance of some great restaurants and attractions. Cozette was very knowledgeable about local happenings and made some great recommendations--Figs (Brunch) and Trio (Dinner) both were excellent food choices. I would definitely stay with her again.
Very modern townhouse, new and clean. Cozette was helpful and pleasant, but a bit hard to reach on occasion. We spent most all of our time at U of Penn Hospital which was an easy 10 minute drive. We would stay again, hopefully under less stressful circumstances.
The apartment was very modern, clean and open. It is located within a block of two different bus lines, so getting around town is easy. Cozette was friendly and a great host. The central air with separate controls for the bedroom versus TV room levels was a nice convenience. We rented the room for a week stay for a conference held downtown at the convention center. The location was great for us. We could easily walk to the art museum area and the buses were convenient for transportation downtown.
The offstreet parking was also a big plus. I would rent from Cozette again and it was definitely a positive experience.
The reservation was canceled 58 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Cozette was the best guest. I really enjoyed having her and Julie for a couple of quick days, especially for Mother's Day when she was so kind as to treat me to dinner. She has some great accomodations in Philly. Check them out. I hope she'll come visit again.
It was nice getting to know Cozette. Her and her sister Julie were quiet and discreet Guests. I hope the weather is more cooperative next time so that they get to enjoy more of Savannah.
