We are clean, private artists in a large happy home. We have two dogs and one lazy cat. One of our dogs is not friendly towards children, so we can not accommodate guests with children.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating. As fellow animal lovers, we liked meeting their little dog (but didn't get to meet the big one). Their cat was really friendly and even spent a lot of her time in our room, which we appreciated. The setting was quiet and very convenient to the wedding we attended in the area. If you are looking for a rural Rhode Island setting in a quaint town that is accessible to a lot of attractions, this is where you'll want to stay.
My husband and I along with our dog absolutely loved staying here. It's a peaceful and beautiful spot and the hosts are amazing. We enjoyed their dog friendly attitude and overall hospitality. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Location was great for going into Newport to explore etc. Anna was very responsive and she, her husband, and their pets were very welcoming and laid back, we felt right at home!
Our stay exceeded our expectations. The space was upstairs, separate from the main living area and very private. Anna and her husband were friendly and provided us with great restaurant recommendations.
This was a great escape from busy NYC!
This was my first Airbnb experience and it sold me on the whole idea. Anna Jane's positive reviews are well-deserved. Her and Bradley explained everything I needed to know upon arrival and were available if I needed anything, but I didn't. Other than that I felt at home. And their pets are adorable, calm and well-behaved.
The room was comfortable and clean, and there was a a/c window unit just for that room. The house is very old, I think it's typical of Providence and that neighborhood. If you want absolute modern luxury, book a big-name hotel, if you want vintage Providence, stay here. At worst, it's a comfy bed and your own bathroom. At best, it's a real cool house with nice pets in a great location.
I felt Anna and Brad were excellent hosts. It was like our home away from home. Both were very welcoming. Anna made a beautiful floral arrangement for our room which was a very unexpected pleasant welcoming gesture. We had our privacy and especially enjoyed having our morning coffee out in the garden.
Their home is centrally located and easy to get around from.
Anna and Brad were excellent hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed and felt welcome in their home. They really know the city, and their recommendations were spot on.
Their home is very unique. We loved the huge garden and all the artwork. If you are an animal lovers, you'll love their home. Anna and Brad has the friendliest dogs and cat.
I definitely recommend staying here.
We came in late one night in the middle of a heat wave and Anna had already been cooling the room for us! She gave us a tour of her home's amazing garden, adorable pets, and cozy everything.
The next morning we were greeted with warm coffee and a note about who would be around when. That second night we were home alone- it amazes me how trusting the airbnb community can be! We feasted on some green beans that Anna invited us to (and chilled for us) and were relieved as the heat wave broke later that day.
Anna is a great host full of recommendations. Her and Brad keep a very welcoming home and were two very friendly people who make you feel right at home.
I had a great stay with Anna and Brad. I was able to walk there from Kennedy Plaza, where the bus from Boston dropped me off, and I could walk from their house to my conference at the Marriott. Their house is clean and comfortable, and they were both very friendly. I spent two evenings there and got to chat with them each a little. My room was up its own staircase and had a fan and an A/C unit, which was very nice given the crazy heat and humidity. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for my belongings. The private bathroom was spacious and clean as well. There was a fresh bar of soap waiting for me in addition to the towels, and Anna even made enough coffee for me in the morning. They have a cat and two dogs, and as a neutral animal person, I can say that the big dog and the cat were easy to get along with, and I appreciated that they kept the small dog from bothering me. If you love animals, you'd probably love them. I would definitely stay here again.
Anna and Brad were super accommodating, cool, friendly, and pretty much thought of everything. Despite the fact that we were stuck in traffic and more than an hour later than planned, Brad stayed up past midnight to let us in, welcome us, show us around, and even engaged in some casual conversation before we crashed. The place and room were clean, and well-appointed with thoughtful the bathroom spacious, and everything went very smoothly. Bonus giant dog/little dog combo deal could not be cuter, nicest cat I've ever met (maybe a little TOO nice), and some impromptu pancakes as I was waiting for my travel companion to finish showering made this an overall great experience. So much better (and cheaper) than a hotel and will definitely be the first place I think of when I return to Providence. Oh yeah, and they live only a handful of blocks away from New York System - home of some of the best hot dogs (wienies) I've ever had. Highly recommended to anyone without a cat, dog, or down-to-earth human allergy.
Anna and her husband provided a clean and comfortable place to stay during a trip to Providence for a conference. I fully enjoyed the stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
Anna Jane and Brad stayed at our cabin again. They were great guests. They are easy to host as they are self-reliant, great at communicating their plans, clean and neat, and fun to host. They left the place in great shape. We would definitely host them again.
Anna and her fiance were easy going and pleasant guests. Regarding the bathroom, I do apologize and realize that when I clean I really must put on my glasses to see all!
Anna and Brad were the perfect guests. They were enthusiastic about their trip to Vermont, the accommodations, the scenery, local restaurants, and the fun adventures around town. They were considerate of the property and left everything in great condition. We would definitely welcome them back any time.
