We are a couple Morgan and Lea and we work in Cinema.
We love to meet people from diferent countries when we have the time.
We are very social and love our city.
Very Central , Very Clean , Very Cozy , Very Nice !!!
Super petite chambre sympa, propre, accueillante.
I don't have a lot to add that the other reviews haven't mentioned, but I will just reiterate that this is a great apartment. Everything was in working order and exactly as the description said it would be.
I loved the area, too! Lots of little shops and everything you need in terms of food and supplies all very close. Personally, I love walking everywhere, but the metro station is close, too, for the times you want to venture out into others parts of the city. This was our first time visiting Paris and picking an area to stay in was hard, but I am glad I picked the Marais and this apartment.
We are a family of four (two adults and two older teenagers, ages 17 & 19) and we were all very comfortable. It was nice having a full bathroom plus an extra toilet and sink. Also, there are two distinct bedrooms so that was nice, too. My husband and I slept in one, our daughter in the other, and our son took the couch (kind of like a futon, not a pull out). The wifi worked great, too, which was nice because my husband had to do a little work and my daughter had some homework assignments to complete. There is a washer. Having a dryer would have been nice, but there is a large drying rack so it was not a big deal.
We didn't do a lot of cooking, per se, but it was nice to be able to have the kitchen for breakfasts and to make sandwiches and such. A couple of nights we picked up a roasted chicken, potatoes, and a baguette, and that was a great way to keep meal costs down. There's a place on rue de Bretagne called Stevenot Rotisseur that I highly recommend. We also tried the famous fallafels at L'As Du Fallafel on rue des Rosiers. I went later in the evening and there was no line at all. There are two patisseries in the immediate area and my favorite thing was strolling to one of them in the morning and picking up croissants! The post office is also close by which was great because my son needed to mail a letter. (He first needed to print it out and there were two copy shops right there, too.) Truly, everything you need is here!
Lastly, Lea was very responsive to all my pre-trip emails. Additionally, once there we had a couple of questions and all emails were responded to in a prompt and friendly, professional manner. We enjoyed our week there very much and I would stay there again without hesitation. Well, I said I didn't have a lot to add and here I've rambled on and on! I hope you enjoy your stay there as much as we did.
A lovely one-room apartment in the heart of the Marais. Thank you, Léa!
Great spot for Paris !
Nice small room.
I recommend it.
Great location and comfortable flat. Only issue we had was that the door opens on to the stairway and noisy neighbours can lead to a bit of a sleepless night. Other than that, I would go with what others had mentioned: up to 2 days is okay here.
The room was clean and perfect for 2 people for 2 days. I can advise it for people who like sightseeing and don't want to spent whole day in apartment.
Thanks again Lea
Wonderful space in a great neighborhood--we enjoyed staying here so much! When we arrived Léa even offered us a baby bed for our son. She was so kind. I would definitely rent from Léa again! She was very responsive to our emails and the apartment was so beautiful and very well-equipped.
thanks for being here with us and hope to see you next time!
