HI, we have a nice holiday home in Spain which we would like to rent out to nice people
The apartment itself was exactly as advertised - a bit smaller than we had expected, but well appointed and well maintained with new furniture, comfortable beds, modern appliances, marble floors. Drawbacks that made it less than the best experience for us - no internet, too far for us to walk to the port where internet and restaurants are available, a view of the golf course but hardly any view of the sea, the development (as opposed to the apartment) is poorly maintained with lots of peeling paint on building exteriors and huge electrical cables hanging off the front of buildings, (apparently not so unusual on the Costa del Sol in these days of recession), hardly other occupants in the complex. If you are just looking for a comfortable place to stay in this area to use as a base, by all means rent this apartment. If Internet, a view of the sea, and proximity to facilities is important, you might want to look elsewhere.
