I'm from NJ, went to college in NY and currently live in NY.
This was my first time using airbnb, and quite frankly I and my friend were worried about how awkward it would be staying at someone elses house. But as soon as we walked through the front door, all our fears vanished as we were greeted by Rina with her friend. They kindly met us and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment.
This apartment is perfect, tastefully decorated and very comfortable, it's clean, quiet, well-equipped and nicely decorated, safe, comfortably heated for our winter stay. It includes wi-fi and a very comfortable bed. Importantly, it is a very quiet NYC location that is well situated with subway stations, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, lounges, clubs, Museum of Modern Art, shops at Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, five-minute taxi or subway to Times Square and Broadway theaters...
Rina gave us many tips and suggestions for a better way of living NY and left us a detailed maps and description of the places in the neighborhood.
Rina is very considerate and left for us juice, milk, yoghurt, cereals ... for breakfast. She was a great host, really friendly.
It's really everything you would need on a stay to NYC.
Neither Rina nor her apartment will disappoint. We felt like real NYers staying here.
A tremendously positive experience!
Rina's place is super, really close to everything~
She is a good host and even though we never got a chance to meet in person, she left me a handout of useful tips with map.
