About me - I used to be a teacher and retrained to be a counsellor. I have recently written and produced a new product - 'The De-stress Toolkit' which draws on my experience and provides users with the tools that I use every day in order to maintain a peaceful and positive lifestyle. I work from home, which means that I have a flexible approach to my time and life and makes it great to be able to welcome guests into my home. I enjoy walking (a necessity as a dog owner!), spending time with my family and friends and travelling when I'm able to. Although I eat fish, I haven't eaten meat for over 30 years and healthy eating is a priority for me, along with my weekly Pilates class and occasional belly dancing class.
I have lived and worked in London for the whole of my life and have a wealth of knowledge about the city and the surrounding areas. My aim is to provide guests with a place in which they can relax and enjoy their visit to my home and London.
