Wow! I am more than surprised by the review, especially because I’m accused of the things that have nothing in common with our stay.
First, we couldn’t open a wine bottle because we didn’t find any wine opener in your place. So we had to buy a bottle with screw caps instead. We didn’t shop in Whole Foods as it was way too far from the apartment. And I have no idea where the power strip/surge protector or your phone jack was, as we didn’t use them. The same goes with your luxury bed comforter. It was incredible uncomfortable and no one slept on it. You really should replace it.
I am really sorry if you found your plunger in different place than it was. Let me know if your expensive VitaMix high performance blender is not working after that.
And I have to confess about the vertical blinds that fell down when we tried to open doors to the balcony. I’m sure it’s not the first time when they fell down, right?
Ann, if our stay was such a horrible experience, why didn’t you deduct anything from my security deposit. Did you really incur any losses? Please, write me a direct letter.
