I used to live in NYC and now I am back in Italy... I love traveling, rather than be a tourist...

Awesome apartment in the center of Arezzo, a charming Etruscan city which attracts less holidaymakers than Florence or Siena but it's definitely worth visiting. The photos match exactly with the studio, which is beautifully well-designed and perfectly equipped with all you can need. Paola and his dad were very attentive and offered us all the information we needed. It was very kind from them to give us some free coffee, milk and biscuits for the breakfast and a nice botlle of Chianti wine. I would undoubtedly recommend the apartment. By the way, there's also a music player with some great albums to listen to there!
Cosy and comfortable apartment with private entrance, spacious furnished patio and plenty of light. It combines hi-tech (modern bath, automated lighting and adjustable venetian blinds) and antique elements (wooden floors and closet) which gives it a unique touch .
There is a comfortable pull-out sofa with new bedding, fully equipped kitchen, fast wireless internet and some interesting books. In addition, I really enjoyed having a dish-washer, autonomous heating/air-conditioning system and "welcome set" (bottle of wine, cookies, water) upon arrival.
The apartment located on a quiet, safe street with a short walk to the city center and railway/bus station. There is a small convenient store close by (where you could buy all the necessity plus fresh locally produced food of great quality). I have also spotted several interesting shops in the area - second hand shop with vintage clothes/shoes/bags, beer shop and wine shop where you could get taped wine of a good quality.
Paola answered my requests promptly, were attentive and provided plenty of information. She was very kind to meet me at the train station upon arrival.
Tuscan Charm in Historical Center is exactly how I would describe
the lovely residence I booked for a week in Italy.
It is located conveniently between Florence (1hr by train) to the north and Rome (2 hr). Of course I was apprehensive, travelling on my own, but both Paola and her mother met me at the train station in Castilion Florentino and drove me ...up ..up into the walled hilltop
village where the apartment is located. She showed me everything I needed to know about the apartment and then graciously left me to explore...I was and still are totally amazed by the views overlooking the valley below. The village is full of life minus tourists but when the shops close during the day and into the night it is extremely quiet. The walk up and down the hill is a good workout and this I did everyday. I am looking forward to returning to this lovely apartment in Castilion Fi...
The apartment is decorated with good and minimalist design, it has a good and lightly atmosphere.
Paola's apartment is wonderful! Full of antiques and charm, a fully equipped kitchen, lovely views, and perfectly located in the centre of the historic district. Paola was great to communicate with and met us at the apartment to show us around. She was also flexible with the check out time, which we appreciated.
The apartment also makes a fantastic base for day trips to other parts of Tuscany.
I highly recommend Paola and her lovely apartment!
We did not get a chance to meet Paola but she had her father meet us at check-in and he could not have been nicer or more helpful.
It was a great apartment and we enjoyed our stay very much.
Convenient to center of town it was a great place to base our stay in Tuscany. We took a bus to Cortona (VERY SUGGESTED) for a day and a train to Florence when we checked out and were moving on.
Very nicely decorated in mostly white; though it did make you feel like you had to be extra careful not to get anything dirty.
Having the deck outside of the living room was very nice.
Shower is a bit small and awkwardly designed but functional.
Overall really nice stay in Arezzo in a comfortable studio apartment.
Paola was a wonderful guest. We would love to have her visit again
Paola and her three guest were great! Communication went went,
All four girls were very respectful of my home and left the rooms tidy.
Pickup and dropoff also went quite well thanks to my private Driving service. Paola and her guests are welcome back to Hampton Accommodations!
Greats guests! Would love to have them back anytime!
Paola and her husband were great
