I'm 46, married; living in Dublin, Ireland, where I teach Studio Art, Art History and Professional Practice at Ballyfemot College. I enjoy both the active and contemplative aspects of life. Originally from Wisconsin, I moved to Chicago to study Fine Art at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where I earned my BFA. My career as a glassblower in the neon industry enabled the support of my most favorite habits: yoga, travel, and live music. I loved Chicago, and stayed there for 12 years. In 1997, I moved to Boulder, CO, to further my yoga studies at Richard Freeman's Yoga Workshop, and to have greater access to the outdoors. I lived there for 10 years, during which time I met my husband. We moved to Ireland in 2007, and live in a stone workman's cottage built in 1778. I am passionate about people, art, yoga, travel, cycling, music, food, knitting and reading.
