We are very sorry to read this.
We where very flexible for Silvian, he wanted to book two days before, he had stress for his wedding. We gave him a discount to help him with a nice location for his honeymoon which fits his budget. Now we understand there where more people on the honeymoon. It is through that the sink is loose, we noticed this just when Silvian mentioned this to us. We just renovate the apartment and we have given the constructor the asignment to solve it as soon as there are no bookings, the same as the lock for the kitchendoor.
When Silvian arrived in the apartment it appears that the internet was not working. The day before it was. We have arranged the internet company (not the bartender) to solve this problem whitin 4 hours. He did not needed to stay at home, the restaurant downstairs has also a key. So they can help if needed. Check out time is at 11. I understand that it is inconvenient that the cleaner came early. But he forgets to tell that we have arranged a luggage spot in the restaurant beneath, where he could leave all of this for the rest of the day since his plane went late. To be honest I think waling from Overtoom to Damnsquare is Max 20 min. I understand that a tourist might follow the big streets, but it is on a walking distance. We are very sorry and we will take his points seriously, but please also read our other reviews. Thanks!
