Great guests! Excellent experience overall. Thank you
Betsy and Randy were fine guests. We connected with them the minute they walked in the door and thoroughly enjoyed giving them tips about what to do and see in Nashville and hearing their feedback on their Nashville adventures. They were considerate and quiet and we would welcome them back to our home the next time they come here.
Betsy, her husband, sister and Mom all came to stay at my place for a wedding in the city and they were all lovely! Her Mom is absolutely adorable and reminded me so much of my own mother. I was also delighted that her sister was entirely taken with the small, historic, miners' cemetery across the street. It was a star attraction for her and as a History buff, I felt I'd found a kindred soul. LOL. Betsy and I communicated very well beforehand and everything was a breeze. They all appreciated the pace, quiet and privacy in the apartment, especially since they came to party in the Burgh! Betsy and her family took good care of the apartment, followed the house rules and would be more than welcome to return. Thanks so much for booking my place!
Betsy arrived almost two hours late and didn't call me. She asked upon arrival if she could entertain two guests before dinner, which I approved, but then asked those guests back to my home after 11 pm which I did not. They were also socializing on my front stoop which is not socially acceptable for late hours in my neighborhood. She apologized the next day. She seems to be a decent person, but needs to understand that renting a space in someone's home doesn't mean "free reign." Every household has certain rules that must be observed for the owner's comfort if the rental is a share. She is probably a better guest if she rents her own apartment rather than a private room. She did, however, leave the home intact when she checked out.
