What you see on the airbnb website is what actually you get at Tiga Lima.. Peaceful place with spacious room, bathroom, caring staff, all facilities at the reach makes this place a good place to stay if you are travelling to Jogja for holiday or work . Sela is a very good host and has made the design and services keeping in mind what a traveller will require .. Her staff Desy, Apri are wonderful people. sumptuous Indonesian breakfast of Bubur Ayam which was included in the room rate is a special thing to enjoy if you are travelling to Indonesia for the first time.
Trans Jogja bus stop is walkable which makes travelling to the city centre easy.
I will recommend Tiga Lima for any traveller to Jogja.
Tout était parfait! 10/10
Very nice place, helpful stuff, great English speaking, amazing breakfast, makes your wishes come true and have good tipps. Rooms are big and super clean. Wifi could be better, Signal and User account numbers.
The host is very kind and helpful. The room is as it's shown in the picture. Overall is good. And I would like to recommend everyone to stay in this guesthouse. Thanks
Everything in Tigalima Homestay was just as we hoped.
Room was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. Loved the huge toilet! Location was perfect. Away from the busy city, but not too far away. Signage leading to the homestay was bright and clear. Plus, they had scooters available for rent, which made it super easy to get around the city.
There was also a file of recommendations in the room, which was a very helpful. We had one of our best meals in jogja at Namibia pizzeria thanks to the recommendation there.
Crew was friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend Tigalima to anyone who's visiting jogja in a heartbeat.
Tiga Lima homestay was a great place for our short stay in Yogyakarta. The hosts were attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend it.
It's a surprisingly good value for money, nice clean and spacious room, nice breakfast menu, the only concern it's allocated in hidden alley
Miss Sela was not around at the time we checked-in but the concierge on duty ( a bespectacled lady ) was very friendly, courteous and helpful.
Tiga Lima Homestay is situated at the dead-end of a small lane. It is about 300 metres walk off the main road. It is a collection of ground level rooms each with its own cosy sitting area immediately outside. The sofa designs are different for each room. Lush, verdant garden surrounds it. Generally a quiet urban neighbourhood except when it comes to the Muslim prayer times ( which is to be expected in a Muslim country).
I booked the Room Flores, and it is situated on an upper level. We had to climb a flight of stairs to reach it. The room was exactly as in the pictures so i immediately felt relaxed. Outside there is a table and some chairs for people to chill (or smoke) .There is 24 hours running HOT water. They included a file binder in the room with a list of services and food menu as well as suggestions on nearby restaurants as well as a delivery service. The TV though small by todays standards, had a Cable TV service for the times one just wants to stay in and watch TV.
As my travel partner and I would be missing out on the breakfast ( as we had planned an overnight trek to Mount Merapi! & we had to check out early for our flight back ), the concierge kindly offered us a "Snack box" delivered to our door step in the evening. How thoughtful!
We checked-in on a friday ( and the Mt Merapi trip was that same night at 10pm the driver would pick us up) , we did not think to ask for directions and decided to just walk around so we went to walk along the main road but there were no restaurants except for a steak joint. We did see rickshaw stalls but we were not keen on those. The next day after the trek, I noticed a map that shows nearby convenience stores, restaurants, places to shop. Happy to know that the supermarket is just 5 min walk away!
Overall i enjoyed and had a pleasant stay and will be sure to stay again or suggest this property to friends coming to Yogyakarta
