She was very nice and helpful. The home is very closed to downtown.
I stayed a whole month at Meg's place and it was fantastic. Everything was quite perfect. I really loved this place. The apt is spacious, the living room and kitchen are huge and I especially appreciated the design. It was both, cozy and modern - a perfect combination.
The neighbourhood might feel a bit strange in the beginning, for some abandonded buildings, but it is a safe and mostly quiet area and I did enjoy it a lot.
Even without a car I could move around easily, downtown is in walking distance and there a some reliable bus routes really close by.
I can recommend both the place and Meg.
Pros: When my husband and I met her in person, Meg was friendly and offered good suggestions for places to eat and things to do in Cincinnati. The apartment was spacious with a large and well-stocked kitchen. The location is good - pretty close to many happening neighborhoods downtown.
Cons: Communication with Meg was difficult. After reserving the apartment 3 days before we arrived in Cincinnati, I attempted to contact her via (website hidden), and telephone to arrange a check-in time. I did not hear from Meg until noon on our check-in date and she was not able to let us in to the apartment until 5:00pm, which was later than we expected.
Also, the apartment was not ready for new guests. The only towel in the bathroom was dirty. Both beds were not made and it was easily apparent that the sheets were dirty too. We rummaged through drawers and found a clean sheet, which we used to make the bed for our one night stay.
Overall we were disappointed in our stay at the Spacious Downtown Apt with Office.
Nice apartment well placed to visit Cincinnati
Meg was great and helpful!
I had a crazy week between work and the polar chill storm during this visit. Meg was absolutely wonderful and caring and made an effort to accommodate to all my needs. The apartment was very clean and pleasant. I love the style and the location is central near many great bars and cafes, and a walk-able distance from campus. It was a cold week and the apt was warm. I highly recommend choosing this apt for your next Columbus stay.
I booked with Meg only a few days before my trip. Upon arrival, she was extremely accommodating, providing me with a list of restaurant reviews and directions to nearby locations. The apartment was very cozy and quite enjoyable.
Meg was a great guest! Good communication, clean, and totally laid back. Would love for her and her partner to come back and visit the Joshua Tree 1954 Homestead Cabin! Thank you MEG!
Meg and her group of guests who were here for a video shoot were amazing to have in our loft! They left the loft exactly as it had been found, and while they were here were very very polite, clean, and interesting to chat with. All around perfect guests!
I've known Meg for years - she's a great introduction to Columbus and her apartment is ideally located, clean, and interesting. She's responsible, helpful, and friendly. I can't recommend Meg highly enough.
I met Meg through airbnb and we've been friends ever since. She's a perfect host and super sweet friend.
Meg and I have known each other for more than a decade and I count her among my closest friends. She's an incredibly open and kind person, with a genuine interest in others (and they're well-being). We've actually lived together on a couple of occasions, and Meg is a supremely clean, respectful, and courteous as a housemate. All of the above certainly extend to her demeanor as a host. I can't imagine anyone in town that I'd recommend above her as a host, not even myself. Meg rocks!
