Hi, I look forward to meeting you!
Pros: Keith is a nice guy who seems to have good intentions. He offered to share his food with me and was friendly
Cons: Very hard to reach. I had to cancel my reservation due to an emergency at home so I left 18 hours after checking-in. Since I wanted to discuss my leave courteously I called, texted, and left him an alteration request. But he was only reachable 44 hours after I had given notice when my cancellation refund was rendered useless
I stayed there 8 nights. They had accidentally double-booked the room I was supposed to have, but one of the roommates let me have his room instead, so they solved the situation really quick.
Keith and his roommates are all great guys, really friendly and helpful, they really want you to have a good time. When I arrived the first night Keith even gave me some food, which was really appreciated.
However, the place was pretty dirty, nothing worse than an average student dorm, but just not what you would expect for the price I paid. Can recommend it for the great people, but don't expect Taj Mahal.
This was a great experience. I just stayed for one night, but it was awesome. Xavier, one of the other roommates was a great host and very informative on best ways to get around Cambridge. I wish I could've stayed longer! I just wanted a comfortable bed and safe place to put my things. It was clean. A great place for a single guy traveling.
The place was as advertised: a simple, clean room in the heart of Cambridge. Keith, btw, is great -- a very thoughtful host. The whole experience was great, and I'm sure I'll check to see if the room is available in my future trips to town.
Great room, and a fun comfortable loft-bed to sleep in! Great location and friendly roommates.
Keith was really great and actually took the time to meet with me in person and make sure that I knew the layout of the place and that I had everything that I needed. Great location and cozy space perfect for going out and about through Cambridge and then heading back home either throughout the day or evening.
Easy place to stay. Keith and his housemates are very welcoming.
The place is really well-located, in Cambridge, 5 min walking from Harvard or Metro stops. You can really say to have your back place while visiting Boston.
The bed is actually a little bit an issue, it's cranky and if you're not like a ninja you won't go on it without feeling, just, insecure. The kitchen's light could be a problem if you're a light sleeper and everything is clean as much as a student house have to do.
In any case, the guys are really nice and Keith shared a good dinner with me the very first day I came along.
It has been a really good stay, though.
This place was fine, really close to Harvard Sq and all the beatufil stuff in Cambridge. Bus & subway is just few minutes far, the same with stores, cafés and bars. Nice place to stay for a couple of days.
Very friendly people, super convenient, ideally located.
