Outgoing, relaxed, friendly . . . . . this is starting to sound like an online dating profile!
Everything was fine
Tom was a great guy. He was really generous, invited me to a couple of events, and had good suggestions. I had a great time at a soccer/start-up related event he had told me about. Other flatmate was nice too.
The flat is nice and well located. It's a reasonable walk to King's Cross or the Sunday Up Market. The room was comfortable, well-sized and the common spaces were clean, comfortable, and new-ish
Tom was very accommodating when I was delayed a day getting in to SF. The room was spartan but clean, and the hosts were all very friendly - exactly what I look for when I book through airbnb.
Great apartment with an awesome balcony. Location is useful & hosts were fantastic
Awesome time, great house and nice and interesting hosts!
Good location, great place, awesome balcony.
Good bunch of guys, room was roomy.
Great location. Friendly mates. Spartan, clean interior. This is perfect for anyone looking to explore the Mission or get a feel for SF outside of the usual tourist traps.
Tom wasn't there, but Matt was an awesome host. If you decide to stay here, you should aks him to perfom his hilarious trick. It involves a bottle of Jack Daniels, a T-shirt and a frog in drag. It made us crack up all the time. The rooms are tidy, the BART is three blocks away and the neighbourhood is fine. If you drive down to Harrison, about two or three blocks away), there are some parking spots that are free. You get to use the kitchen and whatever's in the fridge. The shared bathroom is fine as well. The only thing is not to touch the blue ball in the living room. Just, whatever you do, don't touch it. It doesn't like to be touched. Find something else to touch. Just, leave the friggin' blue ball alone. You will absolutely adore and love and enjoy the freak out of your stay at this appartment. You will. It's worth every penny.
Tom and Co. are very polite and welcoming. While everyone is busy, they're still up for some conversation, which is nice.
The place is large indeed, with double-high ceilings and plenty of square footage. It is, however, a bit of a bachelor pad so be prepared for the bare minimum of furniture and zero in terms of decor.
Location is good and there is plenty to walk to on Mission or Valencia. The BART train is close by which lets you get downtown and to the airport easily enough (although, I learned the hard way that BART doesn't open early on Sunday mornings).
Tom was a great guest. Very interesting and smart. It was my pleasure to host him while he was in Boston. If he ever comes back to boston, I would without a doubt open my home to him again.
great, easy, definitely recommend
Tom is a nice boy ,he is clean and polite.
I really liked to sharemy home with him
I have met Tom only for some minutes. That was enough to say he is okay! And what I heared from persons around me, that he is a great guy. Thanks Tom and friends!
Tom was a good guest - kept in touch, left the flat tidy and managed to sort out my BTbroadband's reluctance to let Macs connect
I had a very positive experience with Tom. This was a last minute reservation and he has proven to be very reliable and good communicator. The place was treated with respect and it was left in great condition.
Tom stayed in my Mission District flat for 7 nights with two of his business associates. Tom was good to deal with -- always prompt, polite, and clear in his communications. Tom is welcome back in my home.
