We spend a long weekend in Patricia´s loft and it was just great!! Patrica is a fantastic host, the communication was always fast and when we arrived she came around to welcome us, gave excellent advise regarding good places to eat and what to see in the area. She also organized a baby bed and a baby chair for us in advance which was so nice. The appartment is very cosy, comfortable and clean, comes with everything you need and we felt at home from the first day. Also the location is perfect just a few minutes walk from the center. We highly recommend this place. Thanks so much!!
We loved our stay in Patricia's charming, comfortable and cosy loft apartment. She was a great host, gave us excellent advice about what to see and do in Provincetown....for example watching the sunset at Herring Cove and we had a great time. It was freezing cold outside but warm and welcoming in the light filled apartment. There are great views too. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates authenticity and comfort in a stylish setting. (Oh and there are great books to read too).We really enjoyed meeting Patricia, she is utterly straightforward and easy to make arrangements with.
Many thanks for a great stay!
Great place and super hospitality. And really comfortable beds!
The Artist's Loft lives up to its name. We just spent a very cozy weekend there and everything surpassed our expectations. Patricia was a wonderful host and was the perfect combination of being friendly and accessible as well as being unobtrusive. Our only regret is that we weren't able to see how beautiful it must be in the summer, but we will just have to come back.
Patricia came out when we arrived, welcomed us, showed us to our apartment, and gave us two home-brewed beers. She wasn't over-bearing, and the few house rules were basic and clear. Patricia gave us great dining suggestions when we asked, but she otherwise left us alone, which we appreciated a lot. The listing was accurate. The place was great, really small and cozy, humbly but carefully appointed. It felt like home. We also loved how easily we could walk to town. Even in the coldest weather, town never felt too far to reach by foot, and Mechanic street is indeed very quiet. I should also add that the home-brewed beers Patricia gave us were very good.
Patricia made us feel welcome and comfortable, answered text questions promptly, and provided whatever we needed. The place is clean, beautiful and cozy and heats up really quickly (we were there on a cold, rainy March weekend). Lots of windows provide lovely, natural light but it's very private. Lots of character!!! We loved our weekend getaway. Not one person on Race Point Beach on our two hour walk!!
The only downside to our stay at Patricia's lovely apartment was that we had to leave. I have never felt as at home on a vacation stay as I did on this one. The apartment is warm, quiet and beautifully decorated. Because it was the off season, and quite cold, it was nice to stay in for a few evenings and cook for ourselves. Staying here certainly made our indoor time cozy and special. I would not hesitate to recommend Patricia's apartment to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Ptown.
Our trip to Patricia's Loft was fantastic. The place was so nice and cozy and clean. Patricia gave great directions for getting in and feeling welcomed. We knew how to find her, but felt like we were in our own place. The neighborhood was so cute and felt safe and friendly and walkable to everything in p-town. This was a great get-away, and Patricia was a great host. Thank you so much
I cannot say enough about this place. Everything was perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. The host was amazing. LOVED IT!
Patricia was amazing! Right when we got there she greeted us and showed us our studio and was able to give us great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. We were able to cook most of our food in the fully furnished kitchen and even after just one night the place really felt like home. The apartment was cozy, keeping in heat exceptionally well, even when the nights dipped down below freezing. Its location was perfect! Just five minutes walking from everything to do downtown, and only about ten minutes from the edge of the west side of town where the views of the marshland and tip of the cape were incredible. This was an amazing stay and Patricia was a fantastic host, able to accommodate our every need!
Patricia was a great guest. I enjoyed having her stay in my guest house. She is welcome any time!
Exemplary guests! Patricia and Raina are experienced travelers who really know how to get the most of their time. They were very independent and very interesting as conversationalists. The cottage and the bikes were in very good hands and we would be glad to have them stay with us again.
Patricia needed to cancel due to inclement whether at the last minute. We later spoke by phone and had an insightful conversation about travel, airbnb, ratings and future plans. Laura and I are sure to plan a trip to visit with Tricia in the near future. We seemed to really click and look forward to our future stay in P'town.
Wonderful guest. Would definitely host her again!
Patricia was easy and fun to communicate with. She was very responsible and since she is also a host, she was sensitive to requests that might affect me as a host. We had several emails back and forth so that by the time they actually arrived, I knew that I would not have to worry about them in the least!
We barely knew they were here - quieter than butterflies, they alit, stayed a short while and moved on, leaving everything in very good order. Sorry we didn't catch up to chat a bit, or just to make sure they were finding everything they needed, but it seemed they had all they required.
Sorry she wasn't able to stay
Patricia and Reina were great guests, respectful and friendly. I'm planning to visit them at their listing in Provincetown, MA.
