As you know I was staying at an AirBNB in Mexico myself during your check in process but still endeavored to address your concerns while in the air.
I think this can be a lesson for any readers that the automated system handles the information much better than us humans can. You contacted me outside the system which missed my app. The information you needed was sent by the automated system and I had already assigned the crib task to my cleaners. The only confusion came at the end when the info from the automated was second-guessed via email.
Luckily, absolutely everything worked out and we all were happy to accommodate you.
There is almost zero vacancy and it is thoroughly cleaned after every stay, but the hardwood floors are only cleaned weekly but get dirty quickly. If there are ever any cleanliness issues for future guests reading this simply contact the cleaning service that is provided to you upon check in and they will be happy to help.
