Mika's apartment in Brooklyn is so cosy, clean, well-equipped and central! This is a perfect place to come home to after spending the day out in New York.
There's a lot of daylight and space: a bedroom, an "office" room, and a big livingroom with the kitchen and a piano; windows towards 2 sides, a kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with tub / shower, good wifi, and the best of all: Sasha the cat.
Sasha is a bit timid in the beginning, but likes to communicate, and once you've made her comfortable, she likes to sleep next to you and purr.
Good subway connections are around the corner (F/G Bergen Street), and walking around the area is really nice, there's bars, restaurants, shops, parks, the East river is also walking distance.
I didn't get to meet Mika, but it was easy to communicate with her.
To cut it short, if I come back to New York, I'd always choose this apartment over any other!
Thanks Crisi! You were a wonderful guest and I'd love have you stay there again in the future! :)
We really enjoyed our stay. Mika is a great and faithfull host, always answering quickly to our questions and deeply concerned by our well-being at her place.
The flat is great and well located : close enough to Manhattan by subway and going to the Brooklyn Bridge by feet isn't an issue (if it's not raining, of course !). Plus, a lot of bars and restaurants (and an amazing homemade donuts cart just at the corner of the street) are around it.
Lovely, spacious apartment! Easy and quick connections to Manhattan. Really nice neighbourhood, safe to walk in the evenings and good food. Having a cat made it feel like home. :)
It was an unforgetable experience to stay at Mika's place taking care of her cat Sasha. I had a couple of wonderful weeks in this beautiful area. Fantastic brownstones, grandiose promenade with spectacular view on the city. Great shops and restaurants. Perfect transportation conections. I could stay here forever.
