Very nice apartment and kind host. She was very helpful.
It´s a third floor with no lift but it´s not too bad, Unless you go with kids or babies...
Photos show exactly how the appartment looks. The sofa bed was already open in our case, and they told us we coulndn´t close it. For a couple of nights (as it was our stay) it was ok, but maybe if you stay longer, you want the sofa closed so you can actually seat. We didn´t stay much time in the appartment, anyway.
The best is the area. It´s a short walk to the Sacre Coeur, through little streets that look as if you were in a movie. Very close to metro stations and velib (the Paris city bicycle sistem). Really nice bistrots, boulangeries, a dream cake shop around the corner...it was fantastic!
Nice, small apartement. The location is great, in the middle of lively montmarte, but still very quiet. However we found the bed (the convertible sofa) not so comfortable and the extra price for the cleaning (Euro 50.00), is way too much, especially since the price for this small apartment is high already. Also the owner wasn't there, when we arrived, although we had told her the arrival time and she also had our telefonnumber. We had to wait for an hour for her to arrive.
Sympathique petit studio , , très bien équipé et merveilleusement situé dans le vrai Paris!!!

No surprises, Odile shows in the pictures exactly what you get.
Close to 2 metro lines, near parks, easy to get good bread and supermarkets. Very practical location. She was ready to wait for us sunday almost midnight.
Small but very cute place. Stayed with a friend and it was just enough room for two people. It's rather loud, as it's on the bottom floor. Also, pretty cold and the owner said it didn't have heat. I thought the owner would be a little more helpful coming from the other reviews but he really wasn't. Never met him and when I asked for a couple things (like a heater and pillows) I never got a response. Still, we had a nice stay.

Merci Odile.
The Flat was in a good location near the Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur, and the Metro. It was clean and the a,enmities were for the most part as described, up to date modern and working. A young man named Alex met me at the flat and assisted me. He was very helpful and nice even assisting me with my bags and telling me of some places he thought might be good to photograph when I inquired (I am a photographer).
Some negatives foe me were:
1) there was no mention of three tight flights of stairs and no elevator. I lived but to some this may have been a problem.
2) the hot water in the shower only lasts 4-5 minutes. Again not a big issue for me since I was alone but I would have been annoyed if I had been on a romantic weekend (and the listing says great for couples)
3) The listing says washer AND dryer. There was only a washer. Alex told me you have to go Dow the street (remember stairs) to the laundromat to dry. Not really what I wanted to do in Paris. Also the washer seemed to stain my clothes. Just a load of whites but I will have to throw them away now.
Odile sent us a guest, enthusiastic, well communicated, respectful. Would definitely host again. Strongly recommended.
