The stay was calm and the place was as shown in the pictures. All the needed pots and pans were there for you too cook a meal. There is actually two balconies one on the bedroom and one off the main room with seating and a small barbecue. The unit is on the second floor and has two doors so if you could stay in one room and come and go without disturbing your family or guests though we did not need that. The bathrooms were nicely remodeled and look and feel very sharp. We were able to reach the host with the needs and concerns we had before during and after the our stay. Check in was great and the pool and hot tub were clean and neat. The place was calm and family orientated so that was perfect for our stay we could come and go as needed. Thank you for Hosting ~Ramon
The house is in a great location for mountain biking. We were able to ride right to Phil's trails from the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. However, the house was a disappointment. It was clean but it was very poorly stocked for an airbnb rental. We are owners of our own airbnb rental. We expect more effort to be put into the house. There wasn't even a salt and pepper shaker. No towels for the hot tub. No soap in the showers. Even hotels give you soap.
The house is poor construction and too small and noisy for the 7 of us making sleeping difficult. We would not stay in this house again.
excellent！ everything is good!
Andy's team were friendly, easy to contact and accommodated our request for an early check-in. the house was just as described and confortable. We have 3 small children and the place suited us well. There were other guests in the apartment upstairs but we didn't hear them at all. The neighborhood is run-down but I had read the other reviews so was prepared for that. Overall a good base for us for Bend.
Everything went great. Place as advertised. Close to breweries and downtown.
Andy's duplex was more than we could have imagined for a party of six. The three beds were substantial and comfortable. The space was very clean and cozy.
The home is very well located and a short drive or scenic walk to quaint and hip downtown of Bend.
I will definitely look to rent this property again for my future trips to Bend.
The location is great. You're ten minutes outside of Bend and 20 minutes away from Mt. Bachelor. The Murphy bed is surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen is pretty good. There's a fireplace, but you're not allowed to use real wood. :(
The downside is that the walls in the building are incredibly thin. You can hear all the conversations happening on either side of you, and on the weekend you can hear the kids jumping around above you. The next-door neighbor is particularly bad. He talks on the phone all day starting around 7am (who talks on the phone?) and when he's drunk he likes to go outside and yell "hoooeeeeeee".
Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. It was a short walk to many restaurants and breweries downtown. Mike's artwork and interior decorations are great. Andy was quick to respond to our needs. I would recommend!
Everything was great! House, patio, and location were all above expectations. Great place for our ski trip and would highly recommend this rental. Also Andy was very helpful, when the first place we inquired about was no longer available he sent us this as another option. Appreciate his help in making our stay great!
Everything worked out as described, thanks!
