My wife (Anna) and I are a young couple (26 & 27) and work together at an American international school in China. I'm a principal and she's the admissions and guidance counselor. Before China, I worked in a variety of jobs ranging from a food and beverage manager for 3 casinos in Nevada to an AmeriCorps job in Oregon. Right before jet-setting to China, we lived in Guatemala, where I bartended and studied Spanish, and Anna volunteered in schools because she already knew Spanish. I've studied cooking and love trying new foods. I brew my own beers and make my own cheeses. We're somewhat adventurous, but we clean up after ourselves, so we make pretty good guests.
