Very charming place. A little cottage like a personal house with nice furniture. Garden and pool fine. Due to the very hot summer some mosquitos... Breakfast very good. When it's raining, served inside in a very cosy dining room. Monica cooks very well!! Her daughter is charming and the dog Lapo has a true personality!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Monica's Cottage - she is extremely friendly and has great restaurant and day-trips. Monica prepared every day a nice breakfast and the garden looks exactly like on the pictures. The Cottage is the ideal place to discover Tuscany. Everything was very clean and comfy - the room is slightly damp but as this is a historic building - everything is fine. Thank you Monica for a lovely stay.
Totalmente recomendable
The accommodation and beautiful setting were exactly as described and as shown in the photographs, Monica is a very welcoming host and we had a tranquil time when in the villa. It was lovely to have the her dogs greet you in the morning. Overall a lovely week spent in beautiful Tuscany.
Very nice journey in the small cottage ! The garden and the swimming pool are amazing ! The location is perfect if you want to discover Tuscany ! Thanks to Monica for her support when our baby was sick !
Séjour de rêve dans la campagne Toscane! Le calme au bord de la piscine..un endroit parfait pour le repos. Et des petits déjeuners merveilleux servis tous les matins dans le jardin...vous ne serez pas déçus
Villa Organi was as advertised. Very quaint villa in the hills above Prato. It was a little difficult to find, but once we did it grew on us. The location was great. Allowed you to get around the area very easily but also let you escape the cities and relax by the pool.
One warning: the room was a little damp and there was no fan or air conditioning. This was not too big of a problem for us, but be careful if you are used to sleeping at 68 farenheit.
If you have a dream to spend a holiday in Toscana, this is the place it may come true! A fairy cottage with the most kind and attentitive host... This was an unforgettable time, thank you, Monica!
The Rose Cottage was amazing! It was exactly as advertised, and even nicer in person than in the photos. The cottage was very clean and Monica or her daughter cleaned the cottage everyday replacing used towels etc. It had everything we needed for a few days - and while there are no cooking facilities there is a fridge and wine glasses and other necessities are provided. There are supermarkets within a 10 minute drive and plenty of local restaurants.
Monica was a great host - she was very friendly and accommodating. She was never intrusive but was always there if we needed anything. She provided a lovely breakfast in the mornings in a beautiful and private setting, and the two restaurants she recommended for us in the area were both fantastic and great value. We also loved Monica's dog who is very friendly and usually popped around to say hello at breakfast!
The cottage is located on the same property as Monica's own house and another cottage that is used for airbnb but is still very private. The pool is shared but we had it to ourselves for the most part and it was perfect for the hot summer days. It is located in in a beautiful, quiet setting in the hills outside of Prato. A car is definitely a necessity!! The property is less than an hour's drive to Florence and about an hour and a half to Pisa. We went to San Gimignano one day as well and it took about an hour and a half. It is quite a drive to the attractions of southern Tuscany so if you're looking to be out visiting different places every day it might not suit, but if you're looking for somewhere where you can either relax by the pool or visit the places north of Siena it's perfect. The only thing I would say is that there are quite a lot of insects around at night time so make sure you bring insect repellent!!
I would definitely recommend staying here :)
