Response from Marco:
Hi Margaret & Don
thanks for your reference
in the flat there are 2 beds . ( as you know ) .. you could use, comfortably, the other double bed that was in the other room .
about the view , as you are aware , almost all , and I say almost all the flats located in the historic center of Rome (as in the center of Manhattan, Tokyo, etc.) don’t have a nice view but , but in particular , this apartment is positioned so that , below your feet you have ( by the way , all for only 85 € a day but not per person but for the whole apartment ) : the Pantheon, Navona Square , the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, the Vatican, the Roman Forum , the Spanish step ,( infact you're just in one of the most beautiful areas the heart of the historical center of Rome ) .. and also just below the flat , the best restaurants and trattorias of Rome (Maccheroni, Quinzi & Gabrieli, Casa Coppelle , Fortunato al Pantheon , Riccioli, Maxela ), the best ice cream parlors (Giolitti, St. Crispino, Groom), the best cafes for the best italian coffe (St. Eustacchio, La Tazza d'Oro) , the supermarket behind the house ( open all the days until 22 pm), the pharmacy, the post office , the bank etc. , and finally, just 3 minute by walk , from all the major fashion stores such Gucci, Hermes, Valentino, Prada, Luis Vuitton, Bulgari , Sephora etc.
By the way , the flat has been furnished by a famous Italian architect with new furniture very functional with all the domestic appliances of new generation (brand Hoover) such as washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave , internet free ecc ( …..infact thanks for your appreciation )
Last, but not least, the palace is a building of the year 1400 (historic building), completely reclassified by talented architects only 3 years ago , with all the amenities (which is hard to find in all the buildings of the historic center of Rome), for example, silence, safety , lift, video intercom
