listing was very accurate! no surprises when i got there. although, the walls were so thin i could hear sofia's neighbors chatting when i woke up. almost wanted to give them the heads up that there were another pair of ears in the conversation! ;)
The apartment is wonderful and comfortable! We haven't seen Sofia in person, although she left us very good instructions - we've got no questions.
The location is really good - not far from 2 subway stations. Not much supermarkets in the area (only Chinese with interesting things) - so you need to plan a little.
There is everything you need to have a breakfast or a dinner in the apartment.
Really good place to stay!
Had a great week in New York, cozy but small little studio. Short walk to Williamsburg and 9/11 memorial. Perfect location.
Sofya quickly responded to emails.
Studio is as described, and an ideal place from which to explore New York. So close to the F train it suited us perfectly. It is not in the quietest location, but that's the lower east side for you. I'd recommend it.
An absolutely lovely little apartment, which is actually bigger than it appears in the photos. Very clean, and warm enough despite the freezing New York (email hidden)e heating and spare blankets came in handy! Great shower too.
The apartment is very handy for transport, being near Essex/Delaney and East Brodway/Canal, and nowhere is better than the Lower East Side! A short walk from The Tenement Museum, my new favourite thing to see in NYC, and near plenty of local bars and all night pizza places. And China Town, of course.
The only drawback really was some enthusiastic Tai Chi practitioners rather early on Sunday morning waking me after a late night!
A great place. Just 1 block away from the f line and in a really intresting part of the city. The apartment is perfect for a couple. I really recommend "the juicery" which is just downstairs and the essex market.
We had a nice few days at Sofia's place. The apartment was nice and clean as described. Water pressure was also good. The subway station is quite close by, the neighbourhood is lively, but feels safe even in the evenings. Recommended.
We really enjoyed our stay at sophias place. the studio was very clean.the house is well located and in a quiet neighbourhood.the Subway is next to the house (east broadway).we didn't met her but everything worked fine. We can highly recommend Sofias Studio.
Sofia was a great guest, easy to deal with. She left the place very clean.
Sophia was an excellent guest. I did not get to meet them but she was very east to work with on the booking and left the place very tidy. I would have her anytime.
Awesome folks, friendly. we have a lot in common.
Sofia and her boyfriend Anton are a very nice young couple, very easygoing and nice to have around. I would definitely recommend hosting them.
Sofia and Anton were great guests! Very respectful and easygoing. We only hosted them for one night, but it was enough to know we can recommend them 100%. Guys, you're welcome back anytime!
Sofia came with a friend and they were away most of the time, but she was very pleasant. However, she didn't enjoy dog company specially Tyson, my Weimaraner which likes to greet guests with a hug. This is why I put pictures of my dogs. I prefer dog lovers and persons not afraid of big dogs.
