Aloha my name is Ayesha
I'm married to my husband Wesley and we have two beautiful daughters. We live on the North Shore of Oahu and enjoy a day at the beach.
~peace begins with a smile~
The location was great, close to Sunset Beach and Ted's bakery! All we needed for a few days at the north shore.
Loved the location!
Cute place, Ayesha was nice and hospitable. She let my friend and I use the bikes on the property to go for a ride. The room itself could have been cleaner, there was visible dirt on the comforter. Soap in the bathroom would have been a nice addition as well as paper towels. Be careful not to leave food on the countertop, it will attract ants. Good for a night in the north shore.
Really nice place to stay - I enjoyed the outdoor shower so much.
Ayesha and her husband are very friendly hosts. Can recommend this place.
Pretty private studio with separate entrance, outdoor shower and kitchen. Great beaches close by. The room was very clean, I really liked the outdoor shower. Good WiFi. We used the bikes once, not in the best shape, but great for a short drive to the beaches. Haleiwa with its restaurants is about 25 min drive. Walking distance to Ted's bakery which is good for coffee and breakfast.
Ayesha and her mom were very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is in a beautiful location: a quiet neighbourhood and only a couple of minutes away from the just stunning beaches of the North Shore. You can quickly walk there or take one of Ayesha's bikes which she lends for free. For everything else you need a car as there is not much around but this is anyway necessary to explore the island. I enjoyed my time very much - especially due to the proximity to the beach. Sadly I was a bit disappointed in regards to the poor condition of the kitchen and kitchenware. If the apartment was cheaper it would be acceptable but for the price taken I would expect it to be in a better condition. I am sure this can easily be fixed though and everything else is very nice.
Ayesha was very friendly and responsive to my texts confirming our reservations, date and address. Very nice little studio with shower and restroom. No complaints whatsoever!
We were disappointed with this studio, we are a mature couple and can understand that the young surfing set may this studio ideal. That said the facilities were very basic, furnishings dated and kitchen equipment could all do with replacing - the toaster in particular was very dirty and greasy. The fridge/ freezer looked about 40 years old and was very battered and worn. Some Kitchen cupboards lacked doors, it just did not feel as if any thought and care had gone into preparation from a quest perspective. Unfortunately the approach to the stairs up to the studio really was shambolic, unclean, untidy and very off putting. Strangely with very little effort all these problems could be solved. But to repeat perhaps it's just not a mature couples accommodation. Do note that for surfers it is ideal in terms of location but we really thought it was in HALEIWA as that was its postal address but it was 25 minutes away.
Ayesha is a fantastic hostess. The studio was well maintained and was plenty of space for my girlfriend and I. The location couldn't be better. We went for breakfast at Ted's each morning, and had easy access to the incredible beaches and other attractions of the North Shore.
We went for our honeymoon. The location is awesome and the place was affordable. It was a great trip!
