My impression is that Will does not understand that air bnb is not a hotel and concierge service. As I do live in the apartment, some of my personal items and some frozen and non perishable food remain there when I rent it via air bnb. It is very unfortunate the Will did not mention his problems during the multiple attempts I made at communicating with him to make sure everything was okay. The sheets were new upon his arrival and the clean bedspread would have been promptly replaced if he had mentioned any stains. The very negative feeling that I received when I met Will has been confirmed by his review that is the complete opposite of the favorable reviews left by every other guest.
