Absolutely awful! The apartment was dirty. The lights didn't work, the bedding was dirty, the place smelled, the shower didn't work properly, the internet didn't work...Worst of all was there was no toilet paper anywhere which meant my children and I were unable to go to the toilet. It was a public holiday when we arrived and late at night so there was no where to get any. I sent a message to the host regarding this matter and had no reply at all! We left the following morning and ended up spending 650 euros on a hotel for our second nights stay.
Bad - trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Très bien placé, quartier très calme.
Idéal pour se reposer
Terikwa flat was perfect! great location. less than 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and great dinner spots. Easy to use Uber also to get other locations. Everything was as described and perfect. We just couldn't figure out the heater so we where a little cold at night. Terikwa answered any questions quickly and was very professional. Would definitely use his apartment again when I return to Paris.
Amazing location for being very central to everything. Absolutely no hassle getting in and out. All very straightforward and convenient. Velib bike station nearby making sightseeing so easy and loads of fun. I couldn't recommend a better location. Ample space for 4 with the comfy sofa bed. Note there is only a hob and microwave but no over in case you want to cook. The bathroom is very small. Terikwa was always prompt with replying to questions etc. We had an amazing few days in Paris thanks to him.
Awful. Before arrival Terikwa was easy to get hold of and would reply within the hour. However, we were told parking outside the flat would be free on weekends- we asked the locals who said only Sunday was free. But terikwa was adamant that it was free - we ended up with a parking ticket. Since telling terikwa of this - we haven't heard from him. A parking ticket was not a good start to our road trip!! Terikwa did not meet us once during our stay. The sofa bed looks dire when you pull it out - the mattress doesn't fit on it properly. I do not recommend going here.
Communication with our host via messaging was fine. Despite our not meeting him in person, getting into the building and the apartment went smoothly. The space was brighter and more roomy than expected. The location is a bit of a walk from the Metro (particularly when hauling luggage) but it's worth the extra effort! The chocolate shop below was more like an art museum than a candy store! The nearby shops provided wonderful provisions. The water pressure in the shower was a joy (especially compared to the place we'd stayed in London!), but we'd have appreciated it more if the shower head could be mounted on the wall to permit using both hands for washing. The light in the bedroom wasn't working, but the host responded rapidly to our message and offered to reimburse us if we wished to purchase a lamp in the short term. The natural light from the windows, plus the light in the large closet, connected bathroom, and living room was sufficient so we made due. The bed was wonderfully comfortable for me and my husband. The fold-out sofa-bed was unusually comfortable (for a fold-out sofa-bed) and accommodated our daughters nicely. One note regarding the sofa-bed: The mechanism for its set up is unlike that of most I've seen. After removing the seat cushions, instead of pulling the bed out from where the cushions were moved, you need to pull the back of the sofa (with the discretely positioned loop). My only complaint was that the place smelled a bit damp and the bathroom tile would benefit from a thorough scrubbing. The toilet was like many in parts of Europe which were better served by putting toilet paper in a waste can (instead of flushing). Regarding appliances, the dryer (noted in the description) is a rack for air drying (rather than a mechanical dryer) and the only oven was a microwave. We would definitely stay there again!
